He’s a professional in his field of home inspection.Very sincere in his work. He guides& explain each item in detail for smallest defects.He spent almost 3.5/4hrs. to inspect bungalow of 1500 sq.feet only. His report is well in details with many photos of individual defects highlighted which is easy to follow including drawn video for entire roof. Strongly recommend for home inspections.
