As usual the HVAC technician, Kiril , was professional , courteous and competent. It’s reassuring to know our AC is in top shape … if this year is anything like last year, it will be getting a workout !

In the last 3 days I have dealt with Management (Brian), Sales (Richard), and Service (Jordan , Chad). Each person was professional, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. It was meant to be a simple yearly service visit for my furnace. When I asked about the older humidifier attached to my furnace Jordan confirmed that this was not a healthy choice. I asked for an alternative, Jordan told me of a better option that is now available. I immediately contacted Brian who sent Richard to sign a contract for the new humidifier. Two days later Chad came to instal it. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. We have dealt with J.C. Robinson & Sons for a very long time....read full review
