They took my friend and I as a walk in and stayed late for us (we didn’t realize until later when the shop was empty and they were the only ones left). The staff are SO kind and skilled. I don’t live in this area but I will 100% be coming back for my next set of nails (dip with extensions)
High Definition is the best place for nails I've found in Ottawa. Prices are very reasonable and the salon is always clean and bustling with clearly lots of regulars. Runs like clockwork too - my appointments have always been on time (or early!). Suzanne is the BEST - her mani/pedis are meticulous and she's so kind and friendly.
I got my nails done today and they were so beautiful! When I got home I realized i’d been too ambitious and gotten them too long so I called
to see if they could fix them. they were so understanding, patient, and kind, they took the time out of their busy day to fix my mistake and helped me feel better! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!! not only were my nails beautiful the first time, but also the second time! thank you so much!!
