We had the team from Harry’s Home Comfort organize, install and run 2 new heat pumps and a new furnace. Ben did a great job explaining the logistics with the installation and completely guided us thru the financial program available for us. It was only 5 days later that Alex and his assistant were at our door ready for the install. In just 2 days the furnace was blowing warm air on the first floor of our heritage home as well as the second and third floors. Ross, owner of Harry’s, called a few days later to ensure all was running well. Kudos to the team!!!
I wanted to get rid of my oil furnace. They took care of everything. Rebate program. Within 3 days i was converted.
Heatpump/ propane furnace combo. With AC and a free smart thermostat. Very happy with service and installation, gave me options i was happy with.
We had a great experience with Harry's Home Comfort. They initially came to install the outdoor compressor and completed the electrical wiring. When it was time to install the two indoor units, we realized that there was no power available in the basement yet, so I had to ask them to pause the work.
It actually took about six months before the power situation was resolved and we were ready to continue. During that entire time, the team was incredibly patient and professional.
