Eli, is an amazing hairdresser. His work is very professional, explains the steps prior starting, he even walks you through the process ensuring you agree and accept. Literally the BEST HAIRCUT I have ever received. I have been searching for a professional hairdresser in Ottawa for a long time and I have finally found one.I went back for hair color and it was amazing, I truly recommend Eli, and this is coming from some one who has a hard time trusting anyone with her hair.
