Been going here for a while and have never had a bad experience. The location is great, right off the Parkdale exit and bonus free parking along the side of the building. The environment is giving rustic industrial, the staff are really friendly and my preferred barber, Charbel, has never disappointed; very professional, supportive, and offers excellent insight to every haircut I've had.

Always walk by here when I am grabbing a taco, burrito at Yakko Takko. The staff seem very lovely and I even chatted with a few students at the school. They love the program.

If you're looking for a barber who's always on-time, gives a professional cut, amazing service and no BS? Look no further. HairFellas Wellington has always done right by me, and I will not be going elsewhere. 5/5.

Charbel is hands down the best barber out there. Super professional, always on time, and his attention to detail is next level. He really listens to what you want and delivers every single time. The fades are clean, the lines are sharp, and the overall experience is always top-tier. Highly recommend Charbel to anyone looking for a barber who truly knows his craft.

Had some good haircuts at the wellington location but the last time I was there, no one came to check me in. Had an appointment for x time and was there on time, waited 15 mins, decided to leave.

Best Barbershop in Ottawa no exaggeration, Everyone working there is so nice and welcoming, Clean space, Barbers do exactly what you tell them to do when it comes to haircuts, As a masculine presenting woman i feel safe and respected in this space, I like how every barber in there knows how to execute a gender affirming haircut, just tell them what u want with a inspo picture and they got you! I say every barber because I’ve cut my hair with all of them! I recommend this shop for anyone wanting to look and feel fresh.💯

Worst haircut of my adult life is now haunting me the morning after. I walked in for a haircut yesterday at the Wellington location. I’ve tried this spot a few times. A couple times the cut and experience was fine. Once it was less than great. So, desperate for a cut and hoping that time would improve skill I tried again. Worst decision because I now look like I asked for a military style cute instead of a high fade that kept my beautiful hair untouched all on top. I know what a high fade is; I’ve been going to barbers for 15 years. It’s clear that there are only a couple barbers here that know how to provide gender affirming cuts to queer folks. It would be really awesome if all of your barbers in the shop had some awareness on just how important a haircut is, especially to queer people. I still paid for my cut and tipped the barber because honestly this isn’t entirely on him. There’s a gap in mentorship and accessing better skills and I hope that is considered. For now, this is not a safe space for me to get a haircut and that sucks.

I go to the Carling location. Sam Wiebe cuts my hair. He is awesome. More than a barber times 10. He also a super job on my beard. Sam is always happy and a warm person. We always have great conversation. He spends a lot of time on my cut and on my beard. He's a perfectionist which is awesome. I highly recommend Sam!!!!
