My generlink failed and the original installer has retired. I cold called Groots and was greeted warmly and a tech arrived later that day, despite my saying no rush. Groots ordered a replacement and coordinated with my power company for the replacement. Great communication and very friendly technician. Highly recommend them.

Groot Electric installed a Generlink for us. Mike was very responsive and helpful answering questions, and the job went very smoothly. The technician said he would come back with some appropriate glue to fix a hydro pvc pipe which he did the next day. Would definitely use their services again. I appreciated being able to pay easily with credit card via their online payment portal.
