I have been going to Great Canadian Oil Change for a long time, but it was my first time going to the location on Pince of Wales in Ottawa. During the oil change everything was good, but a few days later I noticed and issue with my air conditioner. My husband noticed that we had water pooling at our feet in the passenger seat and he said that this could be because our drain is plugged. When he looked under the car he found a ratchet extender was jammed into the AC drain. We think they did this while they were working in order...read full review
Family member in heart institute down the road. I rolled in semi emotional, explained why and the lovely staff changed my oil all while being reassuring fellow humans. Sorry to have been a wreck emotionally but the staff was lovely.

Had a great experience at this Great Canadian Oil Change today. The staff was professional, friendly, and very thorough. They checked everything properly including tire pressure, coolant, steering fluid, and other important fluids instead of just doing a quick oil change.
What impressed me most was how calmly and professionally they handled an issue caused by a previous garage. They noticed my vehicle had an aftermarket oil filter housing that didn’t match properly, and they took the time to find and install the correct OEM filter cup so future oil changes will be much easier.
