I want to recognize the technician who performed my oil change on July 22, 2026. I unfortunately did not get his name, but I hope management can identify him because he provided exceptional service.
During my oil change, he noticed that my coolant cap was missing. He took the time to investigate and found the cap loose underneath the hood. He immediately explained the seriousness of the situation and advised me to have my vehicle checked by Honda as soon as possible to prevent potential damage.

Today was my first time visiting this specific location. I usually go to another location since it's closer to my place but I was out and about today and stopped here.
I could tell they were short staffed and the 2 gentlemen that helped me were fantastic despite that. Was in and out rather quickly and the guys were super helpful and friendly. Definitely will be going back!
