very big gym can get packed sometimes but generally its good shoutout to quinlan he one of their staff he helped me fix a machine that wasnt working right super helpful

Had an amazing experience great equipment and staff, specifically one i think his name was Noah or something. He was really helpful and was the best staff member for sure. Overall good experience.

No cell service in this dungeon gym and their wifi also doesn't work, please address this issue it's brutal to have to listen to the top 40 station playing or to only have access to downloaded music while trying to work out. How hard is it to buy some routers and address this issue when there are thousands of people paying $100/month?? It has a huge negative impact on everyone's enjoyment of this gym. Equipment is dirty yet staff are usually just chilling at the front..

Was visiting my little cousin in Ottawa for the weekend and decided to visit her gym. There was a team member who kept eyeing us up which made myself very uncomfortable- I asked her if he does that often and she said yes and makes her and a few of her workout buddies uncomfortable in the past and how that’s the manager “Ahmed” I find that really disgusting knowing she’s just turned 18 not too long ago and he looks like he’s about 40. I told her for her safety to no longer attend this location. Creeps like that should not be in charge in establishments like this.

People here frequently don't wipe their equipment when they're done with it. This gym was absolutely ruined by free summers for teens. Staff seem clueless and disengaged.

I ain’t gonna lie this gym is amazing and has lots of equipment, it can get pretty busy between 2-5 but overall this gyn is amazing and has a good price ?

Goodlife Lansdowne is my favorite gym in the city. The facilities are great and the staff members are friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Arny for making me and other members feel so welcome on our late night workouts on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Muchas gracias !!!
