A few weeks ago I had trouble accessing my Goodlife account. I wanted to access my PT3 account to remind myself on the date of my payment. Justin was very helpful in navigating my account and help me make my payment on my visa card
I want to praise Justin on his patience in explaining and even repeating how to proceed and what would be the best timing for payment given the date in the contract.
An other big asset in my mind is his ability to speak French, given the high numbers of French speakers at the Orleans Goodlife. I know it helped me a great deal. Keep up the good work Justin.
Trained with Rami for one session and was seriously impressed. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and instantly helped me improve my form and push harder. You can tell he truly cares about your progress. Highly recommend him as a trainer!
Great gym, pretty well maintained and has good amount of equipment.
I train with Chloe and she's amazing. Chloe is a great trainer, super knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend her if someone was looking for a trainer.
More of a personal preference and not a gym issue: Would be nice if the gym had a steam room and a cold room but like I said personal preference; otherwise this is a great Goodlife.
