Installer came 1 week ahead of time and stated the overhead storage racks could go where we wanted.

During install, only 2/5 racks were installed as expected and these changes were done without our input. One rack was subsequently moved over leaving holes in our freshly painted ceiling

Beautiful product but the install process was sketchy/lacking consideration.

When the owner/staff were aware of my experience they were clearly concerned and took steps to make things right.

Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Garage Living Ottawa.

We had our floor done about 2 years ago and i noticed a small crack was developing. I got a hold of Ryan and told him of the situation. He said he would send over Matt to have a look at it. When Matt arrived he assessed the situation and began the repair. By time Matt finished you could not see where the old crack was. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you're thinking about getting you're floor done then I have no problem recommending this company. You'll be treated by a staff that is very professional and respectful. Thanks again Ryan and Matt.
