They are easy to schedule appointments and let us know when running late.
Our “stylist” made sure we were happy with the cut when we arrived. I thought it was very thoughtful of her.

I’ve been going to Chantal for over 4 years now and I’m always happy with the results. My dog is very very shy and skittish. Chantal knows how to handle her. Clara always looks fantastic, even if I ask for short haircut everywhere for a Shih Tzu type dog.

I had a long-haired cat with an aversion to brushes and a long winter spent outside (long story!). He needed to have a large number of matts removed and they did an excellent job trimming him up despite his dislike of most people :) Although he does look a bit funny as he still has his boots, mane and fluffy tail, he's really feeling a lot better - especially in this heat! Well worth the time, care and money to get my little fellow taken care of.
