I want to say a huge thank you to the excellent staff at Kal Tire on Somerset St. West. A tire blew out on our car while he was driving on Highway 50 in Gatineau. He managed to safely get to this tire dealership in Ottawa. They were able to quickly fix the problem and we got four new winter tires for a very reasonable price! Thank you very much for your professional help and knowledge!

I called KAL tire on Somerset street about a flat rear tire after hitting one of Ottawa's nasty potholes. The person I spoke with (Danny) was very friendly and said that I could come by straight away and they would take a look. Fearing the worst for the tire and even the wheel, I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me it was an odd puncture/ cut, and they would be able to patch it. At some point, I may need to replace the tire but for this winter at least, I should be good. I don’t often write reviews but given the great service Danny and KAL Tire’s provided, I had to share.

We’ve been coming to this Kal Tire location since 2018 when it was a Frisby and have always had great service. The team is friendly, professional, and really takes care of their customers. Thomas and Danny were especially helpful on our recent visit. We’ll continue to trust them with our vehicle needs; highly recommend!
