Craig repaired our 20 year old Levolor blind while I waited. For a previous repair for the same problem, the dealer sent the blind to the Levolor factory in the USA. It took months, was expensive and the workmanship was inferior to Craig's work. I will use Craig for any future blind repairs and recommend him to everyone.
