End Of The Roll Flooring Centres - Ottawa East

After a series of unsuccessful efforts to land an appointment with carpet installation companies, my husband decided to visit End of the Roll at St. Laurent last minute just to attempt to inquire about the services. We came there at around 5:30pm and we were welcomed by Denise. She was very jolly and pleasant. She gladly answered all our queries and even suggested good carpets of our preference. Since my husband and I are expecting our first child, she gave us good choices for baby-friendly and foolproof carpets. What I even liked about her is her dedication to her work. Eventhough it was closing time, she still took the extra mile to cater our needs until we sealed the deal. When the day of the initial inspection came, the guy was very keen to check all the measurements required. Upon carpet installation, the staffs that came by our place were very nice and they did their job very quickly but efficiently. The results were amazingly excellent! It’s very neat and tidy. Professionally done from start to finish! Kudos to everyone! My husband and I were very satisfied of the outcome. I would highly recommend this experience! The product and pricing are fine. The return policy is outrageous.
I bought some tile for a project and bought a couple of extra boxes in case I needed more than I had estimated. When the project was completed a few weeks later I went to return the extra unopened boxes and was surprised to find that there is a 7 day limit for returns. I offered to pay any restocking fee as I simply wanted to avoid sending the tile to a landfill. I was told that company policy would not allow them to accept the return at any price and the extra would need to be discarded. What a waste.

Had the floors redone in two bedrooms and they are fantastic. The 3 men were very polite and professional and they cleaned up everything. I had to do nothing when they were done. Great work guys.

Very welcoming and friendly! I went looking for a scrap piece of rug/carpet for my cat, and they only had 1 piece available, but gave it to me free of charge despite offering multiple times to pay. Thank you so much even if it was nothing for you guys!

Recently had new carpet installed in my upstairs hallway and two large flights of stairs. The installers were on time and did a great job. I’ve had so many compliments on the new look. And best of all the cost was less than I expected when we decided it was finally time to replace the old carpet.

Excellent price and quality. They were able to accommodate my short timelines and installation was superior. As a landlord I always go to End of the Roll for all my carpet needs. Would do so again

Ordered carpet, almost 2 weeks later I went back and was told still in back order. I agreed to change colour. Was told new carpet would be cut and to come back and that carpet was sold!!

I bought some carpet for my stairs. I was dealing with Chad and the experience was awesome! He is knowledgeable and offered a ton of advice. I would highly recommend going in to see Chad. They also have a great selection of Vynal and engineered hardwood.
