I was told my wait would be 1 hour - that was 4.5 hours ago and I’m still waiting as a write this with probably 2 more hours to go. Only one person actually doing blood work and she takes 5 min break between patients to scroll on her phone. Unbelievably slow and inefficient

Told me they would call me when ready, when I showed up before the expected time, they told me they already called me (even though I didn't get called) and that I had to wait way longer now.

I was at Dynacare Stittsville this morning on waitlist, but when my name came on screen with 0 minute, I was not called. Few people after me on waitlist started getting called. So, I inquired about it. The lady at the desk found my requisition was put at end of list. She put it back in front and said you would be next.
It did not seem like error but deliberate attempt to favor to persons behind in line. It was good that I could monitor my turn on the screen, otherwise I would have waited for long time.
The quality of work done by technician was excellent. I am pleased with person who rectified the error.

I had the pleasure of getting my blood drawn from Pooja. It’s usually hard to get my blood drawn as a good vein is difficult to find. Pooja did a great job at finding my vein with one poke! This is my first time getting my blood drawn where I didn’t end up having multiple bruises on both my arms because they couldn’t find a good vein. Her poke barely left a mark! And I was shocked at how fast and easy the process was. She is awesome! I’m very impressed. I’m also impressed that they respected my appointment time and I didn’t have to wait. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Dynacare location on Stittsville Main Street. This location was very organized compared to other Dynacare labs I’ve visited.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I especially want to thank Mehrat, who was extremely kind and patient. She took the time to explain the process clearly to my mom, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.
Overall, everything was smooth and well handled. I would definitely recommend this location.

First time visiting this branch. The wait time was about 1 hour and 10 minutes, but I received a message when it was my turn, which made the process very easy and convenient. The branch was very organized and well managed. The staff were amazing, especially Hamdiye. She was very friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable while drawing my blood. I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude.
