The DriveTest location provides a smooth and efficient experience for customers. On weekdays, arriving early, around 7am, can help customers avoid long lines. The service is fast, with wait times as short as 35 minutes to receive a temporary G1 license. The staff is kind and helpful, offering excellent service and assistance throughout the process. The test room is quiet and not crowded, creating a comfortable environment for customers. Customers have reported positive experiences, with one noting the examiner was professional and provided valuable feedback. The test started on time and was smooth, and the customer felt the exam, while daunting, can be passed with sufficient practice. Another customer visited the location in the afternoon and was in and out in about an hour, recommending the site. Despite a system crash during one visit, the employees were efficient, and the customer was able to complete the process seamlessly on a second visit.
I had a excellant instructor named Jaime (forgive me I don’t know the spelling). She was super kind right from the start and made the process very smooth and stressless. She has a amazing personality and is funny. Very clear instructions as well. Thank you!
Staff is the most obnoxious people ever! They are essentially whispering when speaking to you at the desk and when you ask them to repeat themselves(because you couldn’t hear them due to the loud environment) they give you attitude and essentially yell at you! They are rude and very unprofessional, talking amongst each other and gossiping infront of you for almost a minute before even helping you with anything you may need. Horrible experience, I hope this place gets demolished to smithereens!!!!!
Dana is the best service representative, had issues with my driving licence back from home but she was so sweet and helped me out and everything was done within minutes. Best experience! Thank you Dana :)
