Khaled was great, starting with a very easy communication to set up class times at my convenience. On the road, he gave me a lot of easy and effective driving tips, while being super encouraging. He was very thorough to point my mistakes and propose fixes. He also told me what I was doing right, which not many instructors do and it's for me so necessary to have confidence. This was utmost important when the day of the test, unexpectedly we had the first snow of the year and a severe weather alert saying there was freezing rain. Khaled spent the whole 1 hour before the test giving me tricks for snow and ice (super valuable). I super recommend Khaled!!“
