Dr Farzam is really great.
I go all the way there just to make sure I get seen by her. She takes her time to listen to you so attentively and creates a truly patient centred experience with very accurate diagnosis every single time.
And above all, I get to speak with her in my native language which is just so comforting when receiving medical care.
Many thanks also for the kind front desk staff who are very approachable and supportive in communicating accurate waiting times and not force you to sit there for hours with no accurate anticipation of when you might be seen.

I had a really good experience here, yeah the wait time is around 1hr but the attention of the doctor was 100% worth of it, she was really nice and attentive, also the receptionist was nice and understanding, If I knew how to make them my family doctor I would make them 100% 😅
The front staff and doctors are amazing. However, if you are trying to get results or speak to someone on the phone; they NEVER ANSWER. Every time it a recorded message saying “the person you are calling isn’t taking calls at the moment. Please try again later.”
