Patients arrive early and often wait until the clinic opens, but the receptionists quickly take their information. Patients have praised the knowledgeable and personable doctors, who take time to listen and understand concerns, making each visit comfortable and helpful. The medical team, led by Dr. Cassam, is dedicated to providing excellent service and personalized plans. Although wait times can vary depending on the number of patients and appointments, the clinic strives to move things along efficiently. Overall, patients appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, the helpful receptionists, and the quality care they receive.
My visit was great. The staff were professional, compassionate and extremely helpful. I watched people get upset at the receptionists at no fault of the receptionists and BOTH ladies handled each situation with tact and due respect. Some patients need to educate themselves, be patient and show some respect for the workers who put themselves in harms way.

I went to this clinic today and had a great experience overall!
I arrived at 9am and left with my prescription by 10:20am. The receptionist and the doctor were very nice, helpful and fast. There was only ten people in the waiting room so maybe that's why it was so quick to see the doctor. I came here once before and I was not impressed, but it was also very busy. This time though, I have no complaints at all. I'll definitely come back here again if I need to in the future.
I had an appointment with Dr. Farzan at College Square Medical Centre, and she was truly wonderful. She is very kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to listen carefully, did a thorough examination, and made sure everything was checked properly. I really appreciated her caring attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend her!
