Stylist tackled like a cool and collected ninja my sons continual jerking head, his attempts to constantly throw his hands into the scissors while screaming his head off. Very impressive and so sweet for them to give us a keepsake of his hair. Great small business.

Couldn’t be happier with their services with my child diagnosed with ASD. He gets very distressed with haircuts and we were out of our appointment by 11:37 and we were booked for 11:30! They were so quick, efficient and kind with him. I appreciate it so much and he looks amazing!!

I was nervous for my babies first cuts, but the team here made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. Since then, we have been back and every time we are met with the same high-quality! I booked a 5:30 PM appointment for my son’s haircut and arrived a couple of minutes early at 5:27. We were asked to wait until the stylist finished with the previous client, which was understandable. However, after waiting about 20 minutes, they suddenly took another child ahead of us, completely ignoring our scheduled appointment. What was even more disappointing was that the receptionist made no effort to explain the situation, ask if we were okay with the delay, or offer a proper apology. In the end, we decided to leave and cancel the appointment. The only response we received was a casual “OK, sorry for that,” which felt dismissive. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately, it will be our last time visiting this place.

Absolutely horrible cut given to my 10 month old. I had asked for bangs and clean up and instead she got a chopped uneven fringe. The stylist didn’t listen at all and was in such a rush. It’s a very messy and horrible job. When I tried to tell her what to do, she brushed me off and didn’t listen. I’m appalled and very very unhappy.

Took my 19-month-old twins for their first haircut and loved the calm, kid-friendly setup. The hairstylist was great and handled them really well. However, the experience at reception took away from it. Although polite, the staff seemed to rush us out as soon as the appointment ended around 5:55 pm (close to closing time). With young kids—especially in winter—it’s not possible to leave instantly. At one point, she even suggested taking away the book my daughter was calmly reading so she’d put on her jacket faster, which felt unnecessary.
I understand closing time constraints, but a kids’ salon should allow a bit of buffer. Overall a good experience, but this part could definitely be improved.
