I’ve been coming to this studio for about a year now. I was a complete newbie when I started and have felt welcomed since the minute I stepped through the door.
The instructors are knowledgeable and experienced, they are also SO encouraging. They really want you to succeed and help you achieve your goals. There are quite a few different classes as well throughout the week so you can try different ones to see which instructor’s style you align with more but honestly, you will learn and grow with whichever one you end up with !

Flexible policies, plenty of time to practice and learn new moves, and fair pricing. The instructors are talented, knowledgeable, and do a great job breaking things down while offering helpful conditioning exercises. I also had an issue rebooking a class and, even though I technically lost the credit on their platform, they were kind enough to help me out. Great experience overall!
A few friends and I had a wonderful private pole class to celebrate a birthday. It was equal parts physically challenging, comical, and empowering. The instructor was phenomenal, and helped us feel comfortable and silly when we needed to laugh. My arms and legs were jelly afterwards, but in the best possible way. Thanks very much!
