It was suggested I try a NAPA Autopro location by family as I was struggling to find an answer to this issue. Without fail J&D were able to provide me with a detailed explanation of the issue; valve cloaking. FINALLY! An answer to an issue that no other mechanic was able to pinpoint. Even more importantly, I was given a detailed explanation of what it was, how to fix it (they were transparent about the fact that this was not their area of expertise) and potential costs from their experience. “Like a lot of people I called this shop in need of a quick repair. At the time I did not know what was wrong with my snowblower and was bracing myself for a big ticket repair. The snow is coming and let’s face it living in Ottawa a snowblower is handy to have. This company was great to work with! The customer service was always wonderful and the pricing was super fair.
