I would make this a 10 star review, if I could, after our 2nd visit. UPDATE. The fan belt stayed on, but the plastic bit that had broken did not. We had to order a replacement part. Capital Appliance ordered the part and sent out their technician as soon it arrived. I was expecting at least $500 in cost, but they only charged for the part (less than $100 and cheaper than any supply I could find online). AND they didn't charge for the visit, even though it had been almost 2 months since the initial fix. Can't recommend this company enough.

Excellent same day service. It was same day because I could take a cancellation, but otherwise it would’ve been very quick. They agreed to deal with a 17 year-old. Dacor Stove which the company I had been using for appliance repairs would not touch. Within two hours, it was fixed. Suitable information was provided About availability of parts in the future. Service was friendly and very efficient. This will now be my new appliance repair company.
Called Capital Appliance Repair because the oven was not working. Was able to get an appointment the next day. Technician came and tested the oven and determined that the bake burner needed replacing. The part was in stock and the replacement was done a week later. Oven is working great. Would not hesitate to use them again.
