I had a trim done twice done by Celine. Very nice and friendly woman, and she's Mohawk! So we bonded that was as I'm inuk :)Very affordable and cute place!

If you want to have your hair look like this after 2-3 days after having it done, if you want a trim of approximately one inch turned into a "haircut costing $45.00, if you want the owner not caring that you have been a loyal customer for 11 years plus expressing that she had no interest in the thousands that you have paid (this do

My daughter and I go to Canterbury Beauty Salon and we have been wowed each time. The atmosphere feels friendly and even though the salon is a bit cramped inside, you don't feel claustrophobic. Celine is a doll. Her friendly nature sets you at ease and she actually listens to her clients unlike many other salons I've visited. My daughter and I will continue to support this small local business as we always get the results we want and leave the salon happy.

I had been going to Canterbury Beauty Salon for a few years. Since the pandemic started staff turnover was high, causing me to eventually lose my regular hair stylist. With new staff the quality of my haircuts and colouring went down hill quickly, just as fast as the prices began increasing. On a few occasions I found the owner, Mireille, to be both obnoxious and rude to some of her customers. Since I no longer was getting quality results or enjoying my visits, I haven't gone back. There are many better hair salons in Ottawa that do quality work and treat their customers respectfully. Therefore, I can't recommend this beauty salon to anyone.

I started bringing my mom here about 4 years ago. They have been consistently wonderful so I started going there myself for the past 2 years. Used them for full hair service as well as waxing and electrolysisThey could not be nicer.
