I've been at this clinic for years and the services have been good to excellent. The past few years have been challenging for me and the services from DR. Phong and Antoinette Strazza have been excellent and very reassuring.

Our family doctor retired last year and we were fortunate enough to get new family docs at Byward Family Health. We are grateful for having access to this service and we are impressed with the quality of care we have received so far. Thanks to Dr. Badder and Dr. Forbes and the whole team.

I've been there 5 times so far and everyone is professional, bilingual and friendly. My doctor is great and the clinic is large and seems very well run. I book / manage all my appointments online without any problems and am quite happy with the service - also has a great mobile app for booking and finding all the information required. Appointment times are 10 minutes each, so you must be prepared before you go and only 1 issue is discussed per appointment. You can book virtual and in person appointments and there is parking available at the site for $5.50 per hour, and there's also limited street parking on King Edward and a few of the side streets around the university.
