After years of disappointing experiences with other companies my expectations had been low when I contacted Bytown Better Bathtubs and Showers for a bathroom renovation but, lucky they were a wonderful surprise.
Everyone associated with Bytown Better Bathtubs and Showers was professional, knowledgeable, skilful, courteous, respectful, and punctual (called if they were going to be a little late).
The expert advice and patient explanations each person gave me were very helpful.
The estimator, project manager, plumber, 3 tilers, and clean up crew were all excellent.
The results were fantastic. Everything was well done.

The shower tower in our ensuite shower was leaking water through our kitchen ceiling so we had Bytown come replace it with a new shower valve. We also asked them to replace the caulking in the shower, as well as the main bathroom, and the kitchen backsplash. Even though it was a smaller job probably by their standard, they did an amazing job! From Will and Curtis scoping out the project, to the performance of the work by Ryan, Mehdi, and Chris from Mr. Rooter, everything was done with clear communication, professionalism, and friendliness. Would highly recommend!!
