I’ve had cleaning down here with excellent results and once I was dissatisfied and they were immediately going to replace it. So I give them five stars simply for their customer service and another five stars for the work they do on making my clothes look awesome. and I’ve had great experiences with the driver who comes to pick up and then deliver.

I didn’t have the best experience at this location for tailoring services, however; customer service at browns contacted me and amended the situation so I am editing my review to four stars now for customer service!

I sent two feather and one alpaca duvet here for a cleaning. I got the two feather duvets back with an explanation that the alpaca duvet had been damaged beyond use and I would be compensated. I thought I’d be in a real fight to get anything close to the value of the duvet ($800) as compensation. However, within 2 days of submitting the receipt for the duvet, they called and offered me the maximum outlined in the fair compensation guide for fabrics, an honest explanation of what happened and a sincere apology. Excellent customer service - will definitely continue to go to Browns.
