Ivan and his team did a variety of work for us including a bathroom renovation involving tile and wood slat installation, painting, and wallpapering. From the getgo the team was meticulous and professional. Ivan was patient with and amenable to last minute additions to our project. An added bonus was Ivan singing while he worked.The team ensured that our floors and furniture were properly protected and that dust was vented to the outdoors. Ivan and his crew were great. They coordinated our main floor reno and kitchen remodel. Their work was great but what I really appreciated was their accessibility. Brako delivered our beautiful new ensuite on time and within the quoted price. Ivan and his staff are professional, meticulous and hard working with an eye for detail. We were very impressed with their ability to work with specialty tile that was irregular, of differing thickness and with high color variance. Our new floor is a stunning part of the spa aesthetic I was seeking, as is the shower accent tile. The shower niche is pretty, water tight and a pleasure to use. Ivan suggested epoxy grout in the shower and we are so pleased we chose this option. We highly recommend Brako and would use them again for another project.Services: Tile work installation
