I have been a customer of Blue Line Taxi for more than 30 years, and have always had excellent service and met many interesting drivers during that time. I do want to highlight one of your drivers named Fady, taxi number 518, who drove me home from the Civic Campus of the Ottawa Hospital today. It was a pleasure to have him as my driver. We covered many topics in our conversation, even discovering that we both like a similar style of music. He was very kind, reassuring me that safe driving is always on his mind when it comes to his passengers and for himself as well. I think that Blue Line is lucky to have a driver like Fady representing their company.

Me and my family have used blue line taxi and we needed to take one to Gloucester high school from my home and I think (I can’t remember) it was $24! The prices are good and the drivers are amazing, and service has help my family back then, it’s amazing and it’s always on time!!

Good service for wheelchair accessible taxis however the drivers can be really rude especially the driver with the ID#56542. Just a completely unpleasant person who should comport himself better when on the job. I would give this business a higher rating if not for the bellicosity of that one driver. Blueline should have a stricter vetting process when hiring drivers to ensure that they actually treat their passengers kindly.
