The people we dealt with at Blinds To Go were all amazing: from Benoît, the design consultant who came to our house to the installer, Bernard. They were both professional and efficient. The product itself has impressed us so far. We outfitted all our windows with a variety of window treatments, from cellular blinds to sheer curtains and black-out drapes. So why the 4 stars? Well, the company’s platform is totally inefficient. Although we received an email confirming our order was started in the factory, there was no follow-up stating when it was done. We are very happy with our blinds purchased at BTG. Installation was done yesterday for the patio window and the master bedroom. Lorenzo is great for installing. As for Neha, she is great and very knowledgeable. Thanks Neha, you will see us soon for more windows.
