This is was my first time getting prescription glasses and all in all I had amazing time there. The Bailey Nelson team were all kind and welcoming and, I was given a chance to ask as many questions as possible before, during and after my eye exam. They also made sure to show all available frame options including any on sale, those with discounts etc and this was a big when it can to deciding the type of glasses I would be wearing.

Excellent service from the team in Ottawa, at Rideau! They explained every detail to me concerning my glasses and Dr Wong gave me useful and practical advice for my new specs. Highly recommended ?
Everyone who works here actually looks like they're enjoying their job! And the ophthalmologist, Dr. Jonathan Wong, is kind, courteous and very professional. Who knew that this level of service still exists!!
