I had great experience leasing two cars from Audi Ottawa. Both times I dealt with Matt Walsh. He was amazing to deal with. He delivered on all promises. He was professional, transparent and honest. He explained everything thoroughly. I’m very pleased with my experience, and I would definitely lease again from Audi Ottawa again. Highly recommended.

Our car was in for servicing. For a check engine light code that was intermittent. We were becoming concerned driving the car. Ken and his service advisors answered our questions, gave us possible senarios, were patient with our questions and showed us kindness. I am very pleased with our latest service experience. I purchased an Audi Q5 from Audi Ottawa a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. The transaction was seamless from start to finish and consistency for providing an excellent and unique experience for the customer is clearly a priority for this team!
