I had a fantastic time working with them! I was involved in a fender bender and was directed to them via my insurance, and the whole experience was very smooth and easy. When they estimated the damage they were clear to point out what areas would need repair so I understood, and then they kept me in the loop regarding timelines as we waited for parts to arrive. They got the work done even quicker than they had estimated for me, and when I picked it up they walked through the repairs and showed me anything that would be noticeably different due to after market parts so that I was up to date on all the changes.
All in all, I highly recommend them. Such a great experience… read full review

Assured Bel-Air took in my vehicle after being reversed into by a School Bus late last week. 30Mins after the accident Assured's front office staff made sure i was taken care of and already had a rental vehicle ready for me for the weekend, which i really appreciated. It felt like my vehicle was in/out in no time and it looks like the day i bought it! Thanks to the team at Assured Bel-Air for taking care of me and my vehicle in a stressful time. 5 Star Service all around.
