Downtown Location on Laurier. Excellent customer service. The gym is well kept and extremely clean. It also has lots of private bathrooms with showers. They also have 2 luxurious massage chairs and a few compression legs massage equipment. Very well equipped.

Great gym with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and all new equipment! I’m incredibly pleased with my personal trainer, Leah who is amazingly professional, knowledgeable and understanding! It’s been life changing already!

I'm in shock with the new renovations. After visiting multiple locations of anytime in Ottawa, this one has become MY FAVORITE OF THEM ALL!!! ??? They did an awesome job! I'm in love. (I hope they can do the same with more locations ?✨)
