I came to this location and had great service by Serge and Hussein. I came for a tire repair and they did an amazing job. When you drive by, please check them in when you need anyone to look at your car.

responsive on the phone and easy to book but added a bunch of extra services I didn’t ask for and charge me an insane amount. I booked an oil and filter change online and was charged $127. my receipt showed that they used synthetic oil, and added a plethora of additional services like a preventative inspection and a few others that I didn’t want! need, or expect. Seriously scummy move. If you go, make sure you ask for JUST an oil change with REGULAR oil.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. the one star represents a Minus 1! this place took advantage of a young girl (my daughter) who came to them concerned about a sound and while they did their BS "inspection" and arrived at an estimate of $4000+ , she took it to another garage who said it was a BRACKET! Shame on you Green and Ross Bank St Ottawa location for your dishonesty and for charging twice the quoted inspection fee to boot. You give good mechanics a bad name. BEWARE consumers. These people are dishonest.
