Hendrik is amazing! he will inspect everything from A-Z, provide his recommendations and will follow that with a phone call to discuss what matters the most for you as a homeowner, and his report is quite long but capturing all inspection aspects.

Hendrik did an excellent job with respect to a whole home inspection he did ahead of my two year Tarion warranty. Hendrik went above and beyond in terms of all the checks he did, as well as provided additional information/research on specific items (e.g., plumbing). Overall an excellent job and thorough inspection. The digital report with photos was also really well done and easy to read. Hendrik has a wealth of knowledge and experience - highly reccomend his services.
