This review is based only oon Doctor Jason Leung. I want to make that clear, it's not about the centre itself specifically.
Based on the medical background, the recent intervention recommended by this physician was inappropriate. As the father of this child (the patient), I have not been consulted for almost a year about the medical choices being made. One major example to mention, is when the doctor wrote a note recommending my son to have a service dog. I feel that choosing the intervention of a service dog was inappropriate based on my son's symptoms and medical background. It's also an inappropriate use of this service. Highly recommend Dr. Thomas John Morton, Urologist at the Taunton Health Care Centre. Appropriate wait times. My husband turned 80 required surgery. The results were perfect. Solved a urinary problem that plagued him for several years.
Dr. Jain is great, but the receptionists at this office are awful to deal with. I have been a patient for a year now and have had almost exclusively negative interations on the phone or in person. A patient should not have to feel anxiety when contact their doctor’s office. The majority of the time, the receptionist I speak to is short and almost never gives me the information I require without my promting answers out of them every step of the way. If the healthcare system wasn’t so broken, I would find myself another doctor ASAP if only to not deal with such awful people when seeking help
