MD Connected Telemedicine Walk-In Clinic

Called in to see if they are still accepting patients, the receptionist was pretty rude on the phone and stated that my symptoms weren’t good enough. Btw this is not a walk in clinic it’s a phone/video consultation clinic. That’s all I was asking and the recipient just kept repeating the same thing over and over disregarding whatever I was saying!

This clinic was very helpful. I came in very close to closing and they went out of their way to make sure I received treatment. They use an online video-calling doctor service; I didn’t have a problem with this. There was a live tech there to check my physical symptoms and help connect with the online doctor, once that that happened I explained my symptoms, the doctor asked both the tech and I some questions and I was quickly diagnosed and prescribed medication. The tech was more than happy to direct me to the in-house pharmacy where I could pick up my prescription. I was amazed with the service at MD CONNECTED with DR. Filza Naveed ..she was very helpful with diagnos with my medical problem... I would highly recommend MD CONNECTED to anyone.
