My family have been patients here for over 2 years now. Dr. Fetuga is awesome. The walk-in usually moves at a very good pace. I notice some complaints about the staff being "too rude". I have never had a problem with them. They always call to remind on appointments. The policies about service fees, lateness, and cancellations are highly visible and posted everywhere; I have never felt surprised by any charges. I feel very lucky to have gotten in here while they were accepting patients.

Bad reviews are insane. This is the best and most efficient walk-in clinic I have ever been to in the GTA. Doctor Fetuga is a god send. Matter of fact it’s sad they have to stick up all these anti aggression signs.

Dr Fetuga is the best doctor in Durham region! Been in Canada for 5years but never came across such nice doctor. Having him as my family doctor we are very lucky! And the Nurse/PA Jazz is also very kind.
