I had my home inspection today with Sam. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and most of all he is a great human being who cares about you the individual. He was punctual, methodical, and happy to answer all my questions throughout the entire process. The report provided a clear roadmap of what the house needs moving forward. Even though Sam Al-Mouhtadi was recommended by our realtor, he definitely works for his client. He has been doing this for a long time and he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. He saved us from making a huge mistake on a house that appeared perfect, but once he got inside, we learned it definitely was not. We used him again for a second and successful home inspection.
