Outstanding! Our advisor came out and told us we didn't need what we'd originally requested, and a less expensive inspection would suffice. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can't recommend this company enough for an energy audit or home inspection!
Joe was very informative and spoke clearly in both languages. Provided all his findings with us during the inspection which matched his report. Even provided some insights for future work.
I had a great experience with Amerispec. The inspector was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain his findings and provided many helpful tips on how to maintain my 1950s property, which I really appreciated as a new homeowner.
The office staff were equally impressive—they were very accommodating with my tight timeline and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. Overall, I felt confident and well-informed thanks to their expertise and support. I would highly recommend their services.
