2446 Bank St #204, Ottawa“I recently had the pleasure of working with Theophile Charles for my physiotherapy needs, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Charles possesses an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise in his field, and it shows in the personalized care he provides.
Throughout my sessions, Charles was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in my recovery. He took the time to thoroughly understand my condition and tailored a treatment plan that was both effective and manageable. His clear explanations and hands-on approach helped me understand my own body better and gave me the confidence to actively participate in my rehabilitation.
What sets Charles apart is his compassionate demeanor and dedication to his patients. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and progressing well. Thanks to his guidance and support, I have seen significant improvements and feel more empowered to maintain my health.
If you’re looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist, look no further than Charles. He is truly a gem in his profession, and I am grateful for the positive impact he has had on my well-being.“

5929 Jeanne D'Arc Blvd S, Ottawa“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience with Michael Mazzaferro
I’ve tried quite a few clinics and massage therapists over the years, and it’s usually been hit or miss — but Michael absolutely nailed it. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about why I was there. He took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and tailored the entire session to what my body actually needed.
You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly wants to help his clients feel better. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and honestly, impressed.
The clinic itself is elegant, spotless, and has a high-end, professional feel that just adds to the whole experience. I’ll 100% be booking with Michael again — best massage I’ve had by far.“

2255 St. Laurent Blvd #120, Ottawa“I highly recommend Bahaa at Lifemark Neurologic Physiotherapy st.Laurent for vestibular rehabilitation therapy!
She has changed my life. I was suffering from vertigo for months on end, saw two other physiotherapists, and a physio / chiro, and no one was able to help me find relief. I had to take time off work because my symptoms had gotten so severe. Bahaa did a thorough consultation and assessment with me, and within 6 weeks of seeing her and following the program she created for me, my symptoms have greatly diminished, and I am able to return to work.
I cannot explain how life changing this has been for me, I had almost lost hope of ever finding relief from my vertigo symptoms, and now I can get back to my life.
Highly recommend!!!“

“I had a great rehab for my post ACLR surgery with physiotherapist Jamil Al Jallad for the last 3 months. They have a clean space, courteous front desk staff and friendly assistants which was great to have during these covid times. When I came the first session after my surgery (week 1), I was still in my brace and relying on crutches to get around, and also practically stuck in my room. The physiotherapist gave me exercises to do (adding every few weeks), with objectives to reach and useful advice along the way (also correcting what I was doing badly). I was already off my crutches by week 3-4, going upstairs and downstairs by week 6-7 and being able to walk outside by week 10 with a normal gait. I'm really happy with my experience here and feel like they've given me a good start on my post ACLR rehab :)“
