their cleaning equipment was. Ben was very meticulous, professional, courteous and patient in explaining the entire process, from start to finish. The finished product on both of my cars was showroom new car fantastic, the best I have seen. Even my wife that's usually fastidous with detailing jobs in the past was impressed. The price was unmatched, the service was exceptional, the communication was topnotch, the end results the best I have had so far. The icing to the cake was Ben went out of his way to buff out scratch lines and stains on the exterior painting on my both cars at a fraction of what I would have paid at Auto collision body garages!!! Second time here. This time took both my girls for a wash/cut. By far the best experience I've had. I've tried a few other places in Orleans. I find often they mail in kids cut, but JESS took the time to listen and gave them a proper cut. Thin it out and gave face framing layers. Brushing last night all I could think was he layers are perfect and the ends are so even and not chunky/choppy, which has been my experience. Will definitely go back.

This was my first time at this Salon and it certainly will not be my last.. Meno my stylist gave me an awesome perm.. I was so thrilled when I left and a week later I had to call her to again thank her.. I’ve been having my hair permed (curls) for the past ten years and had to change my stylist three times at different salons due to the results of these perms.. I was patient and continued going to them hoping the results would improve but sadly I had to look elsewhere.. It’s like they would take shortcuts doing the perm, or too much hair in the curling rods, so basically the results weren’t what I asked for and would not last.. I’m thrilled that I finally found such a perfectionist as Meno who takes the time and patience to give a proper perm.. It was perfect.. Thank you again Meno for giving me EXACTLY what I wanted.. Will definitely be seeing you again when it’s time for a new perm.. Sharon

After giving this place a try a few year ago it instantly became my regular nail salon! The staff are all wonderful and kind but especially the owner Jimmy. He is so talented and does an amazing job with my nails every time! He goes the extra mile and remembers what you like and your style. He makes mazing colour recommendations based on tat information and is fun to talk to! They also have a tv if you don't feel like socializing as much or just enjoy tv! I love the atmoaphere so much! Ive been to many different salons in Ottawa and this one feels like home when you go inside! I have recommended yhis dalon and brought my friends for years and will continue to do so!

Best lash salon in the city!! I cannot rave enough about the quality of lashes I have and continue to receive from Alexa! I have been going to her for over 5 years and will not go anywhere else. When COVID first hit, I had to wear a mask and a face shield for 8 hours a day during the week and my lashes prevailed and still looked amazing after 3 weeks. Since then, the quality of my lash extensions still remain flawless! I also love how you can access all your beauty needs in one spot! I highly recommend this salon and supporting an amazing woman business owner!

We had a great experience with Distinctive for the upgrade of our bathroom. From the design process, choosing of materials, through to the handling of the project itself, all was handled wonderfully. The contractors were terrific in their communication - letting us know when and what they were doing each step of the project. We are very happy with the result of our upgrade and would go back to Distinctive for future projects.
Kozy provided an excellent set of ideas for the replacement of our Patio and was very responsive to our own requirements. In the end, the decision to award the contract was taken out of our hands. As a result, we were unable to work with Kozy.
Cumberland Kanata Landscaping did a great job of repairing and reinforcing 2 retaining walls and re-levelled my landscaping in the backyard. They made many recommendations to improve the design and included a needed draining system. Dan went above and beyond and was always available to answer questions. The crew was extremely respectful and they were some of the hardest workers I’ve seen. They kept the area tidy and cleaned at the end of everyday day.
Bec went the extra mile and took great care of our labradoodle! The winter coat was left a bit long but now our pooch is so much happier to be freshly groomed and ready for the warmer weather.

Rania is the best massage therapist I’ve been to and I have been to MANY. She helps with my very tense muscles while still being very relaxing. I leave so relaxed and honestly ready to sleep but a few 45 minute sessions with her have already improved my tense muscles as well. I cannot recommend her enough!!
