My prom dress was too long and i wanted it hemmed to the middle of my shin. I also wanted to get the two leg slits sewn (under layer of the dress, not visible unless you lifted the top layer). Easy things to fix as my dress is very simple but she kept trying to convince me not to do them?? She told me it would look better if the dress was longer and that she wouldn’t be able to sew the slits up. She probably told me three times I’d be loosing inches of my dress which is exactly what I wanted. She also wouldnt tell me a price until I picked it up.
