Cotty's Cleaners is a business known for its friendly and welcoming staff, including the owner and their daughter. They provide professional services, such as dry cleaning and alterations. One customer appreciated their quick turnaround in cleaning a leather coat, while another was impressed with the accurate hemming of multiple pants. Although there was a disappointment with the cleaning of a yellowed wedding dress, the owner's customer service and offer of a discount left a positive impression. Overall, Cotty's Cleaners is recommended for their quality work and accommodating service. They also offer delivery options.
I bought a vintage wedding dress from poshmark that had some yellowing on the flowered design parts of the dress. Unfortunately they were unable to visibly whiten those areas and I was very disappointed, given that I paid more to have it dry cleaned than I did for the dress itself, and I am on a tight budget. Fortunately the owner was there when I picked it up and out of good customer service he offered me a discount and I'm extremely grateful for that. I found him, his daughter and the staff to be polite and professional. I will definitely continue to take my dry cleaning at their business. Thank you Cotty's!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed how quickly they were able to send out and have my father in-laws leather coat cleaned and ready for pickup. I would highly recommend this place!
