The staff is excellent, friendly, and amazing, making clients feel taken care of and supported like part of a family. They offer same-day responses and helpful advice, even for uncommon requests. The experience is consistently good, with clients feeling they are dealt with professionally and without being pushy or money-focused. Many would only deal with this company for all their respiratory needs.

Amazing staff; receptionists are A1! Laura-Donna is a fantastic owner.You really feel taken care of and supported when you come to Royal Pro Resp. I found the other clinics pushy and more money-focused. Royal Pro Resp - as professional as it is - makes you feel like you’re part of a family the moment you step through the door.
I needed to get new nasal cannulae for a personal oxygen system for our plane. Brought the system and the technician was able to find the exact same type I had previously. He was not familiar with the type of regulator our tank had but was able to give me some good advice where to find parts. Staff also very helpful. Waiting for callback from respirologist for NRV mask we needed. Overall good experience as I didn’t know where to get the parts as it is not a common request.
