The group classes are motivating, fun, and the trainers really take the time to tailor workouts to individual needs. After a year at Peak, I've noticed real improvements in both my sports performance and everyday strength. I've never felt stronger! Love this gym and its community :)
Everyone needs that one friend that will push you as hard as you do not know you can go -- I feel that i have found my place at Peak Performance and here I have found those friends!
Thank you Brandon for creating such an amazing environment for all ages and stages of life! and thank you for building such an amazing team, I am working with Colton and he is truly inspiring and he knows so much! Great coaching and welcoming environment. Workouts are challenging and tailored for each individual, even in a small group setting. Brandon is very knowledgeable and will help you work through injuries or deficits as needed, and focuses on proper functional movements. Highly recommend!
