Had to take an old '98 Buick in and the old thing was living on borrowed time. Bob's crew got us fixed up and able to drive it long enough to buy another car. Bob was compassionate and understanding. That Buick is long gone but today I'm happy to be bringing another family car in for service. I'll never take a car anywhere else, now. Canadian Tire can go suck it.
Another garage took them a week to even look at my daughter's jeep. Then, when they did they said the transmission was blown... potentially a $3000 plus fix. My son crawled under it and in two minutes he diagnosed the problem as a coolant hose leak. I then sent it to Paramount Auto and they said “ you never know. We’ll take a look tomorrow”. They fixed it for under $300! In the meantime I spent so much money getting her put back on my insurance, not to mention so many other expenses she incurred for not having a vehicle for weeks, and the stress it put on my family.
